My dating life is
really very pathetic. It's mostly
non-existent. Even though I love to go
out and do new things it's just really hard to meet new people! So I joined a couple of dating sites to try
and meet single guys. After poking
around I started realizing a lot of people just have no clue what they are
doing.
I guess I shouldn't
have been shocked at how strange some people can be. But I genuinely am. I really can't understand the things some
people choose to make public.
I've been on a
couple of dates with guys I met online.
However one really stood out as an epic failure of a meeting. In retrospect I don't know why I didn't walk
out the door a lot earlier in the night.
I think I was just in shock. It
just kept getting worse. Afterwards I
wrote a recap to a friend and when people would ask about the date, rather then
retell it I just started forwarding the mail.
I kept getting asked to retell the story even by those who had read it
and asked for permission to forward the mail.
Finally I just got asked to put it online so it was easier to
share. I obliged and this site was born.
Now as for all these
stories I'm writing… they are all based on guys I have met through the
sites. But I make no promises this is
all 100% accurate. The people do exist,
but if you haven't noticed I have a
flair for the dramatic. Plus it just
makes for a better story if I really read into things. So I take some liberties and let my
imagination run crazy with the little info they give me.
My goal for this is
really just to make people laugh. And
hopefully to educate.
